You are your own worst enemy

One thing I have learnt through any life experiences that I may have had, is that you are your own worst enemy. Your thoughts create paranoia, worry, anxiety. You may like to think someone else has put them there, but you are holding on to them. Only you have the control to get rid of these thoughts that may be controlling who you are.
Once you realise the comfort of being an individual and not conforming to fit other people’s expectations, it can make life so much easier. Once you are comfortable with your own thoughts, a lot of the crap that is thrown at you will pass you by.
You know who you are, so don’t feel the need to justify yourself to others.
